When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that the cost of returning products to us is payable by you, the customer.
If you wish to return your order you must contact Irwins in writing via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number. All goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must NOT have been used, installed or had any personal information added to the device. DVDs, CDs, Memory Cards and Software must still be sealed. The order will be exchanged or refunded upon receipt of the goods.
Note: Refunds will take 3-5 working days to be credited to your card.

Returning damaged products
We take every care to try and ensure that your purchase arrives at your door in perfect condition. However on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit then you need to inform straight away (within 24 hours) by writing an e-mail to email@example.com
Returning faulty products
If a product that you receive from us is faulty then you need to inform us by writing an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (include a detailed description of the fault and ensure that you do not use the product). All products are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. Please note that the cost of returning any faulty products to us is payable by you, the customer.
